Easy Garlic Balsamic Dressing

Easy Garlic Balsamic Dressing

This garlic balsamic dressing is super easy and healthy. Most dressings you find at the store will have a bunch of sugar in it and processed ingredients, so I like to go with my own, but at the same time have it be super easy and fast.

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt (I use Himalayan sea salt)
  • Lemon juice of one small lemon
  1. In a mason jar add all ingredients and shake away. If you do not have a mason jar add all ingredients to bowl and whisk away.

Yes, that is how simple this recipe is. Add any other herbs you would like. Sometimes I put in cilantro or rosemary and it’s still so yummy. When it’s in a mason jar, it can be stored and shaken up anytime you need to use it. You can even marinate your chicken in this dressing. I love love love this recipe. A little goes a long way. Gives a little kick to my salad too. No sugars. Nothing processed. Just perfection!
