Philly Cheese Steak Meat Loaf Roll

Yes, your read that title right. This is a Philly Cheese Steak Meatloaf Roll. It was a hit in my house. I was totally inspired by one of my friends Mary to make this. She has her own recipe on her Instagram page @keto_nesian that is super yummy and I was inspired to put my twist on it. The prep time on this is not too long and its one of those recipes you could put in the oven, set the timer and do whatever you need to do while the oven is doing all the work with cookin’ it. This feeds plenty if you have a big tribe to feed.

Because of the cheese placed on top, the outside was super crispy, which I love, and the inside was soft and tasty. Again this one was a hit in my house. Experiment with any different cheeses you have. I tried this one with provolone and a basil tomato cheese. BOMB BOMB BOMB! • Omg Voni thanks so much for this. I made it! I tweaked it with a ton of spinach, kale and chard in the meat and I didn’t have onion soup packet but we made do. It sure didn’t turn out as pretty as yours but it was delicious! You’re the best!
