Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner
Ever have a super busy night and do not have time for dinner? But at the same time you don’t want to spend money on eating out? I do all the time. I will share with you one of the tricks I have up my sleeve to be sure I don’t spend a ton of time on dinner, a ton of money and so that all of our vegetables in the fridge do not go to waste. You can do the same and it’s so easy. Takes less than 30 minutes too!
There really isn’t any rules to this pan dinner or a recipe. You just need a large flat baking sheet and the rest that I do is pretty easy. I preheat the oven to 425 degrees. I grab two packages of sausage links, usually linguicia because that is our favorite, but you can choose Italian sausage, kielbasa, bratwurst etc. I use two packages because, lets face it my family wants to pile on more meat than veggies. We slice up the linked sausage, chop up a bunch of fresh veggies in the fridge and throw them on the pan. I then drizzle olive oil on top and season with an all seasoning. I place the pan in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. I like my veggies to be still on the crispy side. I literally place the pan on the dinner table and we all dig in. I usually keep a few pre package salads in the fridge for busy nights too so we serve the salad as a side. It is so simple and so easy. Since there are no rules have fun with it!
Let me know below in the comments what version of a pan dinner you made. I’d love to hear. Enjoy!
